ESMO Fellowships are available for ESMO members and offer young oncologists a unique chance to excel scientifically whilst expanding their international network. The Programme offers a wide range of opportunities, from short-term educational visits lasting a few days to clinical programmes from six weeks to one year and translational research for up to two years.

Starting from this year, ESMO will offer young oncologists practising in certain European countries – including your country – new short-term educational fellowships where applicants do not need to make contact with possible host institutes beforehand. For successful applicants, a tailored six-week programme will be agreed upon in collaboration with a host institute, based on the applicants’ wishes for topic and institute.
Deadline for applications: 1 June 2016.

This five day residential course is designed by ESMO and ESO for medical students to give them an insight into all aspects of medical oncology, enabling them to get the full picture of this challenging, fast-evolving field before making the choice of their specialization. Students will be selected on a competitive basis; successful applicants will be offered free registration, accommodation and travel grant.
